Our winter concert is here! Students should be making final preparations this evening, and completing their Practice Vlog # 4 that is due by midnight. (see Flip)
Students should report around 6:15 PM tomorrow in full uniform. Students are allowed to wear holiday, festive head wear, but should not impede playing their instrument or the overly flashy.
Reminder to parents that the concert is free and open to the public! We will be debuting our annual program book at this concert. I hope you will enjoy it!

We have our combined rehearsals tomorrow during classes. Please see the following schedule for when you should be excused. Remember that it is your teacher decision whether you are excused or not. Please confirm and ask your teacher
for this permission. Your academic classes come before orchestra rehearsals!!
Concert & Philharmonia
Philharmonia — last half of 2nd period at 10:05 AM.
Concert — beginning of 3rd period class until approximately 11:05 AM
Sinfonia & Chamber Orchestra
Chamber — last half of your 4th period class beginning at 12:05 PM.
Sinfonia — beginning of your 5th period class until approximately 1:05 PM
Pick up for our annual poinsettia sale will be this Thursday, December 7 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in front of the Concert Hall. Parents and student volunteers will be there to help load your vehicle. All you will
need to do is pull up in front of the concert hall and let one of the helpers know your name.
I’m looking for 8-10 student volunteers that can help with this from about 3:45-6:00 PM. Please sign up in Band App!!

We are very close to being able to open up another bus for our Orlando trip. If you are interested in adding your name to the waitlist, it is still available. We need about 12 to 14 more students to sign up, then we can open up the deposit

On Wednesday, we will listen to our concert audio and complete the self evaluation. This is for a grade. Please bring a device.
We will also pass out the semester exam study guide.
On Thursday and Friday we will practice site reading and make final selections for our LGPE.
Next week we will continue LG,PE preparation, site, reading, practice, technical work, and final exam preparation.
It's hard to believe that this semester is almost over! Let's finish strong!
