Welcome Back To-Do List for NYC!
We hope everyone had a joyous holiday filled with family and friends! We look forward to an exciting semester of new music, concerts, and of course our exciting road trip to the Heritage Music Festival in New York City. Please ensure you get your next payment turned-in on January 6th, and if desired, take out supplemental trip insurance from Travel Guard or another insurance agency.
There will be a parent meeting for all participating families on Tuesday, January 12 at 7pm in the orchestra room.
January Orchestra Camp
Ms. Doemel and Mr. Mori are putting together another great weekend of clinics, and of course your LHSOA has something special in the works for the students to celebrate our successes.
Camp Fee: If you have yet to pay your LHSOA Registration Fees, please remit payment to the LHSOA for $35.
We need parent volunteers to assist with the weekend; please email Ida Anderson and let her know when you can help-out – it will be a lot of fun!
Friday Evening:
4 Parents 3:30 – 5:30
4 Parents 5:30 – 7:30
Saturday:
4 Parents for the morning 8:00 – 10:30
4 Parents for lunch 11:30 – 2:00
4 Parents for the evening social 5:00 – 8:00

etc. We even have a PayPal account for easy on-line payments.
