Please plan to attend the Lassiter Orchestra Registration Event, Thursday, July 26, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, in the Orchestra Room. We ask that you arrive during the following staggered times to help make the process as quick and efficient as possible:
- Freshmen – 5:00 PM
- Sophomores – 5:30 PM
- Juniors – 6:00 PM
- Seniors – 6:30 PM
During this event, Lassiter Orchestra musicians and their families can complete their registration and make donation payments; receive information on formal and casual uniforms; explore volunteer opportunities; have personal instruments checked by a professional from Beau Vinci Violins; receive information about private lessons at our very own Lassiter String Academy; purchase spirit wear; meet the Orchestra Directors and the Lassiter High School Orchestra Association (LHSOA) board members…and more! We are also excited to meet our rising Freshmen musicians and welcome new families to the Lassiter Orchestra program.
- *Please note that credit/debit card is the preferred method of payment for registration.
- *Please refrain from signing the medical form until you are in front of the notary.
Charms Office: All students must sign up for Charms as we will be using this platform for communications, online testing, and student payments this school year. Please follow these steps below to sign up for your free account. Please note that there is one login and password for student accounts. Students and parents must share this login. Please update any incorrect information as soon as possible.

3. Click on Parents/Students/ Members/ in the top right of the home screen
4. Use School Code: LHSOrch
5. Your student password is your Cobb County School Id (example 4567890) (Note: There is only one login and password per student and parent). If you are unable to login please see Ms. Doemel or Mr. Giel immediately so that we can set up your account.
6. Reset your password. - On the main page, you will need to click on the ‘Update Info’ button to complete your information. Please fill out as many fields as possible for the student. Click the update tab in the top right corner.
- After student info has been entered, please click on the ‘Add New Adult” tab to add parent/guardian information.
9. Please download the Free Charms Office Assistant App for your smartphones and/or tablets.
