5:30 Registration/ Check-In Music Lobby Full Ensemble Rehearsals:
- Chamber I Concert Hall, Clinician Dr. Michael Heald
- Chamber II Bandroom, Clinician Ms. Jennifer Floyd
- String Ensemble/ Sinfonia Chorus Room with Mr. David Doke
- Freshman Philharmonic Orchestra Room, Mr. James Palmer
9:15 Team Building in Auxiliary Gym
10:15 Parent Pick-up
Saturday, Sep 5th
8:30 Drop Off: Students put instruments and bag lunch in the following rooms, then report to LCH:
- Sinfonia/ String Ensemble – Chorus Room;
- Chamber I Violins – Concert Hall
- Chamber I Violas – Foyer of Concert Hall
- Chamber I Cello – Theater
- Chamber II – Bandroom
- Freshman Phil – Orchestra Room with Mr. Palmer
9:00 Clinician Recital
9:30 Rehearsals/ Sectionals
11:00 Freshman Phil – Sectionals / Other Orchestras Full Rehearsal
12:00 Lunch(baglunch),Team Building Activities in Cafeteria
1:00 Sinfonia/ String Ensemble Sectionals. All other orchestras Full Rehearsal
2:00 Chamber II Sectionals/ All other orchestras Full Rehearsal
3:00 All Orchestras Concert Hall Rehearsal
4:30 Informance in LCH Parents are invited to attend
5:30 Load and depart for Stars and Strikes

Driving students must provide a note from parents granting permission to drive. Students may not drive other students, unless they are siblings.
