Congratulations Musicians on a Fabulous “Night of Classics”

Our 2015 “Night of the Classics” was indeed a magical evening featuring all of our students, and what a treat it was to enjoy the incredible talents of Ms. Helen Kim performing on our stage.  Fantastic!  Additionally, all of us here at the LHSOA would like to thank Ms. Katie Kemp for sharing her gifts with us this past semester – we wish her a wonderful career wherever her journey leads and welcome her back to Lassiter anytime.  We’ll miss you Katie!

We also had the opportunity to offer public recognition to our corporate sponsors: Armistead Benjamin Moore Paint & Supply, Ronald Sachs Violins, vLink Solutions, and Di Squared.  Each sponsor received a wall plaque for display in the place of business.  Thank you for your support!

Your LHSOA embraces Technology

Beginning this month, we will be able to use the power of the Internet to pay for everything from baked goods, orchestra registration fees, t-shirts,etc. We even have a PayPal account for easy on-line payments. Look for more information in the coming weeks from your LHSOA treasurers on the process.

Happy Holidays and Looking Ahead to 2016

All of your parent volunteers: board members, officers, committee chairs, and all of our event volunteers wish all of you a joyous and happy holiday season. Remember, there is lots going on when we return from the break so don’t forget to get-in some rehearsal time and be ready for new literature and more performances for spring semester!  And, don ‘t forget there is still space in the Lassiter String Academy, please contact Susie Carson to enroll your student for private lessons after school, right here in the Lassiter Orchestra facility.
