Important Information for This Week’s Fall Concert on Thursday, October 8th, 7:00 pmPlease make plans to attend what will be a great performance highlighting the wonderful pieces of music our students have been learning and practicing. Following the concert, your orchestra directors invite you to a post-performance reception in Lassiter Concert Hall Amphitheater to congratulate our fine musicians. This event is sponsored by your Lassiter High School Orchestra Association; Please make plans to stay a few minutes after the concert to attend. Full Orchestra Rehearsal: Monday after school. Cellists, please ensure you have your cellos! Need dinner on concert day? For students remaining at school on Thursday between dismissal and the concert who want dinner, the LHSOA will order pizza. The cost is $2. Make sure you sign up with Ms. Doemel by noon on Thursday, so we order enough pizza! Register and pay your fees: LHSOA representatives will be on hand in the lobby at 6:00 pm to accept registration payments from families who still have not made their registration payments. Make your pledges and let us know what we can expect and you will be recognized for your generosity to our orchestra program. Help WantedIf we all help a little, we can accomplish a lot! Please consider giving some of your time to the orchestra, there are many ways we can use your time and talents. Parent volunteers are need to help paint the driveways of our seniors – this is an honor and a lot of fun. We could also use some stage help before and after performances with chairs, music stands, etc. Please contact Ida Anderson to find out how you can help with these.
